Service Description

We all know what we need to do to practice self care but sometimes actually doing it isn't so easy... The Mindful Membership is here to support you to look after your wellbeing and help you fill up your cup! So you can continue to do all that you do in a healthy, positive and compassionate way. In our monthly membership we will be focusing on scientifically backed approaches to improving our wellbeing, from mindfulness practices, journalling and mantras. Plus lots of other self care tips and wellbeing advice to support you. How it will work... We will have 2 weekly mindfulness practices online via Zoom together. These are planned for - Tuesday 8pm-8.30pm Sunday 8am-8.30am And if you can't make it live then don't worry. All the recordings will be added to a private Facebook group and emailed so that you can practice at your own convenience. Our weekly mantra's will be on a Monday and will help you set positive intentions and be clear on your goals for the week. Helping you to focus on what is really important for you. Throughout the week we will have journalling prompts that will help you reflect and focus on your inner world. Increasing our gratitude and self awareness so that we can make choices that are right for us. All of our membership takes place online either via zoom or social media and its up to you how much you engage. If you love to practice your self care in person then The Mindful Membership will also give you an exclusive discount to future retreat days and 1:1 sessions! How much? It's really important to me that cost doesn't get in the way of you practicing self care so you can get all of this for £7.50 a month. You can sign up by clicking the 'details' button above and you pay monthly via direct debit. Now if this doesn't work out for you, then you can of course cancel anytime. Now the paperwork bit... Once you have signed up, I will email to ask if you want to be added to the private Facebook group and/or Instagram page. This is where journalling prompts and weekly mantra's will be shared.
