There are a variety of ways you can work with me on a 1:1 basis. The benefit of this being we can personalise to you and what you need!

Whether you are searching for a deeper understanding of yourself through counselling, would like to sink into relaxation with sound therapy or want to learn how to practice mindfulness, I can work with you in a personal way to support your wellbeing.

1:1 Relaxation Sessions

Come and join me in my zen space for a 60 minute relaxation session. â€‹Through tapping, massage, meditation and sound therapy you'll sink into a deep resting. 

​

If you are struggling with anxiety, stress, overwhelm or with physical health symptoms these sessions can support your body to come into a deep meditative state where you can relax and heal.

Counselling

Coming into a counselling space is a brave decision but one that will benefit you for life. You may be considering counselling because you are at a point where you don’t want to continue in the way that you are living right now. You are ready for something to change but not quite sure how to get there. 

 

Within counselling this is something that we explore together. To untangle what binds you and help you on the path to freedom.

Online Teaching

As well as in person teaching, I also offer online self paced courses.

 

This means you can work in an individual way, at a time and day that suits you.

Personal Mindfulness Teaching

Mindfulness is a wonderful way to support our physical and mental health. 

 

Having a 1:1 mindfulness lesson can support you to learn the basics so you can then go on to develop your own practice. 

​

I help clients to overcome common blocks to a regular practice, identify which is the best way for them to practice and support to bring in a regular practice.
