The Mindful Membership

The membership for your mind and wellbeing

We all know what we need to do to practice self care but sometimes actually doing it isn't so easy...

 

The Mindful Membership is here to support you to look after your wellbeing and help you fill up your cup! So you can continue to do all that you do in a healthy, positive and compassionate way. 

 

In our monthly membership we will be focusing on scientifically backed approaches to improving our wellbeing, from mindfulness practices, journalling and mantras. Plus lots of other self care tips and wellbeing advice to support you.

How it will work...

 

Weekly Mindfulness Practice

We will have a weekly mindfulness practice that will be shared with you via the whatsapp group and email. There will be some live practices throughout the month too. 

 

All of the previous recordings of the mindfulness practices will be available on the social media groups and a members only area of the website so that you can practice at your own convenience.

Micro Mindfulness teaching

Each week we will have a new micro lesson on the foundations of mindfulness. These will be between 5-10 minutes so perfect to watch over a cuppa!

​

Monthly Workshops

Each month we will have a workshop on a different area of self care and wellbeing. These will be recorded and we have a library of talks you can catch up on.

​

Self Care Practices

Throughout the week we will have journalling prompts, mantras, inspirational talks, and wellbeing reserarch to help us prioritise our self care. Each week you will receive a Friday Four email with a summary of the membership and four suggestions of self care practices for you over the weekend. 

​

The membership is shared with you via email and a private WhatsApp group and its up to you how much you engage. If you love to practice your self care in person then The Mindful Membership will also give you an exclusive discount to future retreat days and 1:1 sessions!

From September to December, I will be offering the Mindful Reset Series. 

​

As the seasons change, many of us feel the pressure build: life speeds up, to-do lists get longer, and stress can quietly creep in.

​

That’s why, from September to December, I’m offering a special journey inside the membership:

This is for anyone who wants to:

​

  • Press pause on overwhelm

  • Reset your nervous system

  • Create small, steady mindfulness practices to support you through life’s trickier seasons

 

Each month, you’ll receive new practices, reflections, and teachings to help you meet this time of year with more calm, clarity, and compassion. You can join us in the Mindful Reset Series by signing up to the monthly membership or by making a one off payment of £38 to join us just for this series running from September to December. 

What is included?

 

We will have a different focus each month, exploring those common things that can negatively impact our mental health, wellbeing and self care. 

​

This is a way to help you focus on your wellness for the remainder of the year, in a way that is nurturing and not prescriptive.

​

Staring your Mindful Reset in September can help to carry you through a restful and nurturing winter. 

​

How much?

It's really important to me that cost doesn't get in the way of you practicing self care so you can get all of this for £9.50 a month. You can sign up by clicking the 'details' button above and you pay monthly via direct debit. Now if this doesn't work out for you, then you can of course cancel anytime.

Can I make a one-off payment?

Yes! Starting in September you can join the Mindful Membership for our Mindful Reset Series. This runs from September to December. The focus each month will be exploring those common obstacles to our wellbeing and how self care and mindfulness can support us. You will get all the benefits of being in the membership but will be able to join for a limited period at a one off cost. This is great if you want to try the membership for a bit, or just want some extra well-being support for now. You can sign up now and you will be added in September.
