At Crcle, we offer online mindfulness courses to help learn and develop your practice.

Whether you practice mindfulness regularly or are new to these concepts, everyone is welcome to join as we discover the power of mindfulness together.

Free online Mindfulness workshop

Join us at this free one hour workshop to give you some time for your own self care. 

We'll be exploring and practicing some mindfulness concepts to help you relax, reflect and have time to pause. Click on the link below to book your place!

This 6 week online course will be exploring the foundations of living mindfully. 

We will be exploring how we can bring mindfulness into our everyday lives. 

We will meet on Zoom each week for 90 minutes, delving into different mindfulness concepts, and trying different mindfulness practices. 

This will be a very interactive and hands on experience but will also aim to leave you feeling relaxed, empowered and calm.

You don't need any equipment for this course, just a way to join a zoom call once a week. As well as the zoom meetings I will also send you pre-recorded meditations to continue your practice in between sessions. I encourage you to try and attend each date but the zoom meetings will be recorded so if you miss one, you can catch up later on.

There is an introductory offer available for this course as I try to make this course as affordable as possible. 

The course is £64 for 6 weeks of online lessons and pre-recorded meditations. 

Please note: This course is not Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). This course instead focuses on understanding the concepts of mindfulness on a deeper level and exploring how we can bring these into our everyday lives.
