Whether you practice mindfulness regularly or are new to these concepts, everyone is welcome to join as we discover the power of mindfulness together.

"Take Some Time for You"
If you want to explore a bit more about what mindfulness is, what it isn't, and have a go at some mindfulness practices then here is a recording of a free online session.
If you want to practice more and explore more how you can live mindfully everyday then check out the online courses we have on offer!
This 6 week online course will be exploring the foundations of living mindfully, exploring how we can bring mindfulness into our everyday lives.
We will meet on Zoom each week for 90 minutes from Monday 28th February. We will be looking into different mindfulness concepts, and trying different mindfulness practices.
This will be interactive and aims to leave you feeling relaxed, empowered and calm.
Each week we will explore a different mindfulness concept -
Week 1 - Why do we practice mindfulness
Week 2 - Coming into the present moment
Week 3 - Managing difficult emotions
Week 4 - Managing our thoughts
Week 5 - Building positivity
Week 6 - Character strengths and kindess
You don't need any equipment for this course, just a way to join a zoom call once a week. As well as the zoom meetings I will also send you pre-recorded meditations to continue your practice in between sessions. I encourage you to try and attend each date but the zoom meetings will be recorded so if you miss one, you can catch up later on.

There is an introductory offer available for this course as I try to make this course as affordable as possible.
The course is £64 for 6 weeks of online lessons and pre-recorded meditations.
Please note: This course is not Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). This course instead focuses on understanding the concepts of mindfulness on a deeper level and exploring how we can bring these into our everyday lives.
