Join Nicola and Rebecca on Friday 28th -Sunday 30th April at West Lexham in the Norfolk countryside. This beautiful 22 acre retreat is the perfect setting to unwind, go slow and prioritise you!

Over the weekend we will be experiencing the following together -

Practicing yoga from slow flows, stretch and sunrise practices

Experiencing a Fascia release session

Relaxing with mindfulness and gratitude meditation sessions

Having time to pause with sound healing practices

Enjoying a self care and wellbeing session

Exploring how we can practice mindfulness every day

Joining together with a wellbeing and intention setting circle

And more sessions are being planned to help you unwind and relax!

Plus...all this venue has to offer from nature trails, wild swimming or boating in the lake and swimming in the heated pool.

All your food, accommodation and sessions are included in this price. All you need to do is get yourself there.

Accommodation at West Lexham is beautiful and comfortable, with a variety of options on offer. Details below list the room options with the price for the WHOLE weekend.

Early bird prices are on offer until November 28th and after that the prices are detailed.

A non refundable £150 deposit is requested to secure your booking

A second payment of £150 to be made by 28th November

The remaining balance to be paid by 31st January

Booking terms:

Cancellations 2 months or more prior to the weekend will be subject to a £50 admin charge. The initial deposit is non-refundable but further payments will be refunded minus the admin charge. Cancellations after this and up until the weekend are non refundable.
