Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a series of practices to help you both ground deeply and rise confidently:

• Meditation and Sound Bath sessions to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and restore balance.

• A Vision Board Workshop to clarify your intentions and create a visual reminder of what you want to invite into your life.
