Reflect and Renew Retreat 16.1.22 - FULLY BOOKED

Join us at PAUS for a wonderful day of self care. We will start the day with a welcome tea and coffee followed by a wonderful renewing yoga session with Nicola. We will then join Rebecca in a reflective meditation practice. 

PAUS will provide us with a delicious nourishing lunch and then there is some free time to explore the meadows, take part in optional creative activities and journalling time. You will also have the chance to have a 10 minute mini massage treatment with your choice of a head, hand or foot massage. 

We will then spend 2 hours in the wood fired hot tubs, plunging in the cool pool and warming back up again in the sauna. 

The cost of the day is £94 and includes all of the above including a goody bag.

This will be a wonderfully relaxing day in what can often feel a long month. So take the time to pause, focus on you and renew yourself for the year ahead.
