Join this online mindfulness practice from the comfort of your own home to help you take a moment of self care.
Regular mindfulness practice has so many benefits for our physical and mental wellbeing. It can help us lower stress, anxiety, manage pain and so many other benefits!
Rebecca is a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher and she will guide you in this practice to help you start your Sunday in a mindful way.
