About the Event

Join this online mindfulness practice from the comfort of your own home to help you take a moment of self care.

Regular mindfulness practice has so many benefits for our physical and mental wellbeing. It can help us lower stress, anxiety, manage pain and so many other benefits!

Rebecca is a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher and she will guide you in this practice to help you start your Sunday in a mindful way.

It would be lovely to have you join and hope to see you there!

A few common questions -

I want to join but I don't want to have my camera or microphone on?

You don't need your camera or microphone on! I'll say hello but you don't need to respond - you engage as much or as little as you like!

I don't have any experience of meditation or mindfulness - can I join?

Of course! Complete beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome.

I'm not very good at mindfulness. Is it worth me coming?

First of all let me literally can't get mindfulness wrong! Whatever you experience in the practice is valid. And with mindfulness the saying 'practice makes perfect' really is true. The more we practice, the easier it becomes and the more benefit we see!

I'd love to come but I can't make that time and date - will there be a recording?

Yes! Everyone who books a place will be sent a private link to a recording of the practice so you can either catch up in your own time and use the practice again as many times as you'd like.
