Childrens Mindfulness

The kids programme can be taught from 6 - 16 lessons, depending on your needs and availability.
With each block of lessons that is booked, there is a free mindfulness session for staff to support their own well-being and understand what their pupils are learning.
I am a fully trained teacher, enhanced DBS checked and insured.
Teaching mindfulness to children supports them from an early age to manage their emotions, build positive relationships, manage conflict and build their self-esteem and resilience.
But, most importantly our lessons are fun! I teach in a very interactive and engaging way with a big emphasis of learning through games and creativity. Children learn techniques that will help them practice mindfulness throughout their whole life.

Teenager & Young Adults Mindfulness

The Teenagers and Young Adults programme can vary from one off introductory sessions right up to 12 week programmes.
With each block of lessons booked, there is a free session for staff to support their own well-being and understand what their students are learning.

Teaching mindfulness to teenagers and young adults gives them the tools and power to support their own wellbeing, to manage levels of stress, build self esteem and resilience.
Our Teenagers and Young Adult programmes are taught in a very explorative way. Rather then teaching them what to think or do, it encourages them to discover for themselves how mindfulness techniques can support them.

Mindfulness in the Workplace

We can offer one of workshops to weekly sessions between 4-12 weeks.
We can teach in person at your workplace or online.
Sessions are interactive with a chance to explore how to practice mindfulness in your everyday life, without it being another activity to add to your to do list!

Mindfulness for Adults

Our Mindfulness teaching is very informal and relaxed. Sessions are very interactive to help you learn in the most effective way.
We teach you how to build mindfulness into your everyday life, rather than adding something else that you need to squeeze into your busy life.

Stress, anxiety and mental ill health is a common issue for many adults with statistics showing that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue each year.
Mindfulness is a proven technique to help us manage our own well-being and is an incredibly accessible and affordable way to do this.

1:1 Mindfulness Teaching

1:1 mindfulness teaching can take place in person or online.
I offer a free 30 minute introductory session to discuss your individual needs and requirements and for you to see if this is the right thing for you.
Session prices start from £20 for 40 minutes or £30 for 60 minutes. You choose how many sessions you would like to have. There is no contract, no obligation, you are in control!
Learning mindfulness in a group is not an option or preference for everyone.
That is why I offer private 1:1 mindfulness teaching that can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
Sessions can be a one-off to a block of 4-8 sessions, depending on your requirements. 1:1 teaching is available for any ages - children, teenagers and adults.
