About the Event
Our lovely extended winter solstice sound bath....
Join Nicola and myself for a deeply restorative guided relaxation and sound healing experience. With an hour and a half you can enjoy a nice long session and maybe a little mince pie at the end too.
You'll need to bring a mat, blanket, couple of pillows and wear something warm and comfortable.
